Most accessories are dispatched via Australia Post or StarTrack, while larger tents and commercial orders may travel with Direct Freight Express or other specialised freight carriers.

Where possible, we’ll prioritise your dispatch and recommend the most suitable shipping option for your location.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
When does my order leave your warehouse?
Many in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. During major sales, public holidays or peak camping seasons, dispatch times may be slightly longer. If you have a deadline, simply contact us before ordering and we’ll happily advise current dispatch times.
Can I get express shipping?
For many accessories, express shipping is available. Due to the size and weight of bell tents and commercial shelters, freight options vary depending on your location. Please contact us if your order is time-sensitive.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes. We regularly deliver to every Australian state and territory, including regional and remote locations.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Collection from our Sydney warehouse may be available by prior arrangement for selected products. Please contact us before placing your order to organise collection.
