Overview
Make your bell tent feel like home by adding herringbone weaved coir matting and take glamping to the next level. A coir mat gives your camping space a nice atmosphere and doesn’t feel as cold on your feet as a PVC groundsheet does. A matting in your tent can add some extra insulation to your tent as well.
Coir mattings are available as a half moon or 2 half moons forming a full moon.
Our coir rugs are sold as semicircles, rather than full circles. This is because the loom can only weave the coir material up to 3 metres wide.
Most customers purchase two semicircles to cover the entire tent floor. Alternatively, one semicircle works beautifully across the front half, with beds, furniture or smaller rugs arranged across the back. The semicircle design also makes the rugs much easier to store and transport.
